Most plans include a set number of physical therapy visits each year, and for covered care your cost is typically limited to your plan's copay or deductible. Michigan is a direct-access state, so you can start physical therapy without a physician referral on most plans.

Don't see your insurer? Contact us and we'll reach out to them. We handle authorization and billing directly with your provider, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted for any out-of-pocket amounts.

Self-pay

Transparent rates, no surprise bills

These rates apply only if you are out-of-network, out of covered visits, or simply prefer not to use insurance. Most patients use their insurance benefits instead. Everything is published up front so there are never surprise bills.

Packages spread the evaluation-to-performance protocol across visits at a reduced per-session rate. Focused 30-minute sessions are ideal for maintenance or acute relief. FSA/HSA cards accepted for all services.
